Orders placed on weekdays before 4 pm are prepared and handed to the courier the same day.
- Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir: 1-2 business days
- Other city centres: 2-3 business days
- Districts and villages: 3-5 business days
Shipping is free for orders of 500 TL and above. For smaller orders a flat shipping fee is shown in the order summary.
Dairy, meat and frozen goods are shipped in insulated packaging with cooling gel. These products are only delivered to regions covered by our cold chain service.
Once your order ships, the tracking number is sent by email and SMS. You can also follow your order status at any time in the My Account section.
If you are not at the address, the courier makes a second delivery attempt. Orders that cannot be delivered after two attempts are returned to us and your payment is refunded.
