Orders placed on weekdays before 4 pm are prepared the same day. Delivery takes 1-2 business days in city centres and 3-5 business days in districts and villages. Your tracking number is sent by email and SMS once the order ships.

You can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Instalment options for credit cards are shown at checkout depending on your bank.

Our payment page is encrypted with an SSL certificate and your card details are never stored on our systems. All payments go through 3D Secure verification.

Add the products you like to your cart, choose your delivery address and payment method on the cart page, then confirm your order. A summary is emailed to you right after confirmation.

You can cancel from the My Account section before the order ships. For orders already shipped, you can start a return within 30 days of delivery.

No, you can order as a guest. However, with an account you can track your orders, save your addresses and get early access to campaigns.

When your order ships, the tracking number is sent by email and SMS. You can also see its status at any time under My Account > My Orders.

You can create a return request in the My Account section within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. After approval, shipping details are sent to you; we cover the cost for returns sent with our contracted courier.
