Your orders are sent with our contracted couriers as standard delivery. Same-day delivery is also available within Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. Products that require a cold chain are shipped separately in insulated packaging.
Orders placed on weekdays before 4 pm are prepared the same day. Delivery takes 1-2 business days in city centres and 3-5 business days in districts and villages. Your tracking number is sent by email and SMS once the order ships.
You can pay by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Instalment options for credit cards are shown at checkout depending on your bank.
You can cancel from the My Account section before the order ships. For orders already shipped, you can start a return within 30 days of delivery.
You can create a return request in the My Account section within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. After approval, shipping details are sent to you; we cover the cost for returns sent with our contracted courier.
