Your orders are sent with our contracted couriers as standard delivery. Same-day delivery is also available within Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. Products that require a cold chain are shipped separately in insulated packaging.
Orders placed on weekdays before 4 pm are prepared the same day. Delivery takes 1-2 business days in city centres and 3-5 business days in districts and villages. Your tracking number is sent by email and SMS once the order ships.
Add the products you like to your cart, choose your delivery address and payment method on the cart page, then confirm your order. A summary is emailed to you right after confirmation.
You can cancel from the My Account section before the order ships. For orders already shipped, you can start a return within 30 days of delivery.
When your order ships, the tracking number is sent by email and SMS. You can also see its status at any time under My Account > My Orders.
